Registration and renewal
If you provide tax agent or BAS services, or in some cases, tax (financial) advice services for a fee or other reward, you must be registered with us. You can register as an individual, partnership or company.

Renewing your registration
If your registration is approved, you will be registered for a period of at least 3 years.
To maintain your registration, you must renew it at least 30 days before it expires.
