Tax Ombudsman reviews ATO's Online services for agents
The Tax Ombudsman wants to hear from you! A new review into the Australian Taxation Office's (ATO) Online Services for Agents (OSfA) has commenced and tax practitioners are invited to share what’s working, what’s not, and the top improvements you’d like to see. The Tax Ombudsman’s review will examine whether OSfA, including Practice Mail, are effective tools for the ATO and tax practitioners to interact, offer appropriate functionality and effectively support tax practitioners to assist their clients. You can participate by registering for a webinar, completing a short survey, or making a submission.
Consultation is open until AEDT 5 pm Friday, 10 April 2026.
