New guidance: The use of Artificial Intelligence and the Code of Professional Conduct
To support tax practitioners using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their professional practice, the Tax Practitioners Board has released a new Guidance Statement. The guidance outlines how tax practitioners can use AI tools responsibly while continuing to meet their obligations under the Code of Professional Conduct. It highlights key risks and considerations and provides practical examples to help tax practitioners understand and apply their professional obligations when using AI.
