A condition limits the scope of tax agent services or BAS services a registered tax practitioner can provide.

The Board may vary a condition on your registration if you make an application and the Board is satisfied that it is appropriate to vary the condition.

To apply to vary a condition on your registration, you must complete this form and provide the following information:

Why you are requesting the condition to be varied
An outline of your relevant experience and qualifications
The type of work you intend to perform if the condition is varied.
