Website refresh to enhance online experience 

As part of our ongoing commitment to modernise our technology and business systems, we are currently undertaking a website refresh to enhance the online experience of tax practitioners and consumers.  

Being almost 5-years old, some elements of our current website no longer meet user needs. Additionally, with the recent exit of tax (financial) advisers from the TPB regime, it is timely for us to review our website and enhance its design to improve accessibility.   

The refreshed website will include intuitive navigation alongside a contemporary design. The TPB Register; where consumers can search for registered tax practitioners, will be redeveloped to a more accessible design. The new site navigation will help users find content easier and will include top-level menus for consumers, Board investigations, resources and news & events. 

Some initial pages we have redeveloped are available to view. Once the website takes further shape, we will share a link to our beta site for you to browse and provide feedback of the refreshed design.  

The tax practitioners online portal (My Profile), used to update details or complete registrations or renewals was upgraded earlier in 2022 and will be unchanged as part of these changes.   

Our refreshed website is scheduled to launch mid-November 2022. Further updates will be provided closer to the date.
