If you are affected by the impacts of a natural disaster or other events such as Coronavirus (COVID-19), we understand that ensuring the safety and security of yourself and your family will be your main priority.
We will work with you to resolve any matters or provide extensions of time where necessary.

Bushfires 2019-20 – TPB support
If you’ve been impacted by these bushfires we don’t want you to be concerned about matters relating to your registration as a tax practitioner, for example your registration renewal.
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has published a list of postcodes affected by these bushfires on its website. If your business or residential address is in one of the identified impacted postcodes, we’ll automatically allow you more time to lodge your registration renewal.
If you or your business have been affected by this disaster but your postcode is not in the identified impacted postcodes list, you don’t need to worry. When you’re ready contact us on 1300 362 829 or submit a Contact us form and we will be in contact with you.
