We have published new factsheets with information for tax practitioners to help them meet their Code obligations when they employ, use or have an arrangement with a disqualified entity.
There is also a factsheet with information for disqualified entities to understand their obligations when seeking to provide tax agent or BAS services on behalf of a registered tax practitioner.
