Compliance case studies
We regularly publish compliance case studies that provide a summary of Board Conduct Committee (BCC) decisions on compliance matters. These cases highlight our ongoing work to take firm action on those tax practitioners who do not comply with their obligations under the Tax Agent Service Act 2009, including the Code of Professional Conduct. By addressing non-compliance, we are protecting the community and supporting the majority of tax practitioners who continue to act with integrity and do the right thing.
We are on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. We share information on any changes, initiatives, products and services.
We offer a range of webinars to potential and registered tax practitioners. These sessions are free and may count towards your continuing professional education (CPE).
We produce educational videos on a variety of topics. We also record all our webinars. For our full library of videos and webinar recordings, visit our YouTube channel. Watching our videos can count towards your CPE.
Subscribe to our YouTube channel to receive a notification whenever we post new content.
We attend industry and professional association events to educate and support tax practitioners. These events provide CPE opportunities and open discussions with our speakers.
