Seeking comment on exposure draft Labour hire firms
The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) has released an exposure draft information sheet for comment:
The exposure draft provides information to assist labour hire firms to understand the tax agent services regime and what is a tax agent service. The information will help determine whether or not labour hire firms need to register with the TPB.
The exposure draft provides examples of circumstances involving labour hire firms and whether these circumstances require the labour hire firms to register with the TPB.
Submissions on the exposure draft close on 21 June 2015. Comments can be sent to tpbsubmissions [at] tpb.gov.au.
All submissions will be reviewed and considered before the final information sheet is published on the TPB website.
