Freedom of Information

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), members of the public can seek access to documents held by the Tax Practitioners Board. 

To apply for access to documents held by the Tax Practitioners Board under the FOI Act, your application must:

• be in writing
• specify an address at which notices under the FOI Act may be sent to you
• specify the documents you are seeking access to
• be accompanied by a $30 application fee made payable to the Tax Practitioners Board.
