Freedom of Information

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), members of the public can seek access to documents held by the Tax Practitioners Board. 

Making an FOI request

To apply for access to documents held by the Tax Practitioners Board under the FOI Act, your request must:

• be in writing
• state that it is an application for the purposes of the FOI Act
• specify an address ( e.g by providing a postal or electronic address ) at which notices under the FOI Act may be sent to you
• specify the documents you are seeking access to
• be posted, delivered or emailed to the Tax Practitioners Board
