Proposed Guidelines

These are the TPB's proposed guidelines (TPB(PG)) that the TPB intends to issue, but on which the formal drafting and Parliamentary tabling processes have not yet been undertaken.

The Board intends to follow them until such TPB guidelines (TPB(G)) are formally made. However, being TPB(PG), the TPB may be prepared to consider alternative outcomes to the guidelines in special circumstances.

TPB (PG) 01/2010: Course in basic accountancy principles approved by the Board

TPB (PG) 02/2010: Course in commercial law approved by the Board

TPB (PG) 03/2010: Course in Australian taxation law approved by the Board
