
Information Publication Scheme
The Tax Practitioners Board is required to comply with the Information Publication Scheme (IPS) under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). The IPS requires the Board to publish a broad range of information on its website and also requires the Board to publish an agency plan that explains how the Board intends to implement and administer the IPS.

The type of information in documents to which the Board routinely gives access in response to FOI requests will be available here.
These documents will also be clearly identified in the Board’s disclosure log published under section 11C of the FOI Act which requires agencies to publish information contained in documents to which the agency has provided access under the FOI Act.
