Update your agent profile

 

Changing the information on your profile

You should update any changes to your details online through the ‘Agent login’ and using the ‘Your profile’ form. These include changes to your:

  • email address
  • phone or fax number/s
  • business address/es
  • postal address (for Board correspondence and notices).

Note: If your contact details or address/es change, you will also need to advise the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) to ensure they can maintain their services to you. You can provide your changes to the ATO by phoning them on 1800 443 846.

Using the ‘Your profile’ form

 

To update any changes to your agent details, use the Your profile form using your User name and Password.

 

  • Your User name is your registered agent number
  • Your Password was sent to you when you registered.

Note: You may update your Password within ‘Your profile’ to something that is unique to you.

Forgotten your password?

You can get your password reset and sent to you by email. All you need to do is:

  • Select Agent login, located at the top of this screen
  • Select Forgotten password? Click here at the bottom of the page
  • Enter your User name (your registered agent number) and click Send password

An automatic email will be sent with your password to the email address you provided us.

Add a new partner or director

If you need to add a new partner or director to an existing agent registration, you will need to complete a Schedule of Personal Details form. 

Professional affiliations

If you join an association or have any professional affiliations, these should be listed on ‘Your profile’
