Update Details – BAS Agent

Change of details

If you are a registered individual or entity providing BAS services for a fee or other reward, and there is a change in any of the following details, you must notify the Board:

• contact details (telephone number, facsimile number, email address);
• address for the service of Board correspondence and notices; or
• business address(es)

Professional Affiliations

If you are a registered individual or entity providing BAS services for a fee or other reward, and you join an association, you must notify the Board.

Details Update Form

To update these details use the online details update form.

You require your BAS Agent Number (BAN) and unique Security Code to use the online form. Your BAN and Security Code will be sent to you when you register, or renew your registration, with the Board.

Add a New Partner or Director

If you need to add a new partner or director to an existing agent registration, you will need to complete a Schedule of Personal Details form.
