Renewal reminder letter

If you received a renewal reminder letter that issued on 8 March, a systems error resulted in the letters being published on incorrect letterhead referencing the ex NSW state Tax Agents' Board. We apologise for this error. New letters will be sent as soon as possible.

BAS agent notification form

The online BAS notification form is now available. If you are providing BAS services for a fee immediately before commencement of the new law on 1 March 2010, you will have six months to notify the Board of your intention to register.
